Melting Pot
ColAIV Lab is not a production company. We are a community-run AI video lab based in India. We operate as a melting pot — a place where creators, coders, filmmakers, prompt engineers, artists, students, brands, researchers, and dreamers from every background come together, mix their ideas, skills, cultures, and energies, and produce something new.
Here, everything is shared: knowledge, workflows, code, contracts, videos, learnings, failures, and successes. There is no "us vs clients." There is only "we."
We do not take briefs and deliver finished videos like a traditional studio. We invite people into the lab (physically or digitally), co-create in real time using AI, put every agreement on the blockchain, and then open-source whatever we build so the entire community can use, improve, and run it themselves.
Every person, every culture, every skill level is welcome. India's energy, India's regional languages, global AI research, indie filmmakers, college students — all of it melts together here. The more diverse the ingredients, the richer the output.
Nothing stays behind closed doors. All smart contracts are public on Polygon. All tracking dashboards are fully open-source. All successful workflows, prompts, and techniques are documented and shared on our GitHub. Even the videos we create become community assets.
We do not "serve" clients. We invite co-creators into the lab. The AI is one collaborator among many. Collaboration is not a feature — it is the entire model.
Because everything is on-chain and open-source, you can prove forever that you helped create it. No hidden fees. No locked files. No black-box AI. You create together → you own forever → you can take it, remix it, or share it further.
We are not here to maximize profit for a company. We are here to multiply creativity for the community. Revenue we generate is used to keep the lab running, improve tools, and support more collaborators — never to build walls.
The lab is never "finished." It keeps melting new people and ideas every single day. We experiment, break things, document it, open-source the fix, and invite the next wave of collaborators to make it better.
